Swissôtel Al Murooj Dubai

The hotel is very good, I like it. Iam and my wife so happy and injoyed with al murooj rotana.It`s the best one.

I have stayed at the Murooj Rotana before. My experience was wonderful. I was very impressed with the hotel and reserved again. I stayed at the suites this time however on arrival, I found that I had been checked into a room that was not clean! The guest bathroom had fecal matter on the walls and all the bathrooms had hair on the floor. The kitchen floor was full of oil. It was as if someone had taken a rag and cleaned the floor with it without using soap. I had a 1 year old and knew he'd be touching everyting. I had them come and clean the place 3 times and although housekeeping was very cooperative, I can't say that I will be staying in your hotel again.
