The arrival experience was friendly and welcoming. We asked for the same room as last year, but it was occupied, so we were given the same room one floor higher. We had arrived early, but were given access to the room straight away - a blessing when you've flown all night and are desperate for a shower and a rest. Housekeeping responded within minutes to our request for an iron and ironing board. Wifi is reliable and quite fast.

Foi a forma como os empregados do Hotel tratavam dos hóspedes:impecáveis e sempre prontos a ajudar.
Foi o early check in. Creio que demorou mais tempo do que devia.

The friendly and very helpful staff. The staff went of their way to organise a good room as soon as was possible. They were always helpful and friendly.
It's a shame the hotel has structural problems with the pool but well !!! What can be done? Not much I guess.
The hair conditioner wasn't very nice because it didnt work.

The proximity to good restaurants right next door!
The toilet sprung a leak and had to be fixed, which caused some inconvenience to us.

Hotel nice although going through some renovation but internet is dreadful. Had to change room as the internet line did not work (nor did the wireless) and in second room internet line worked one day and not the next. As a business guest, fast and reliable internet is essential and this hotel does NOT meet this standard
