I enjoyed the service. Very friendly and efficient staff. Enjoyed the variety of foods at breakfast especially for vegetarians and the health conscious.
No can't think of anything I didn't like about my stay. Maybe just the beauty salon was a bit expensive. Maybe have more affordable treatments.

Not free internet. Desks crowdy, also early morning when you are in a hurry. Noisy ventilation and AC. Room temperature too cool.

Location beside Mall of Emirates. Room size and bed.
Internet is not free, also in Business Centre(1 AED per minute, 2 AED for printing...) is almost a joke in 21th Century!!! Seems too rude and unpolitely for clients, it is not the money (you give more as tips), it is more a question of uncorrect policy that should be changed. Vallet parking as only option, sometimes make you loose time (queuing to leave your car or waiting back for it more time than normaly expected).

We were very satisfied. The reception has been very effective and very useful tips to make our stay enjoyable. Mathieu, the French student at the front desk was attentive to our requests and professional.

The quality of the suite was excellent in every aspect except very pricy, the staff were friendly and helpfull, the location was good and the facilities the hotel offered were of the highest quality, it is difficult when you dont have the natural beauty of bora bora, the bahamas, the carribean etc to compete on an equal footing, but with hotels of this standard and the developments going on in dubai, I think dubai will attract lots of tourists, we certainly will tell our friends if they come to dubai to stay at the kempinski hotel.

Close to shops, close to beach unless staying at beach hotel the suite was excellent but overpriced compared with equivalent hotels in cancuun, bahamas, etc
We felt the price was on the expensive side compared with other hotels that we stayed at on our round the world trip
