The overall staff was good and the break fast was also good.
The laundary charges was included in the package. But they have charged my for laundry when I stay there.

Not a particularly pleasant experience. While the hotel was cosmetically as you would expect, at no stage did i really feel like a 'guest' in hotel (exception being the staff at breakfast). the whole experience left a rather unpleasant taste, hence i checked out early.

Having to have a smoking room. unhelpful staff at reception. money grabbing, never had to pay AED 200 security a night on my card (outrageous). hotel didn't respond to my query. the whole stay just smacked of dealing with a large corporation with no care.

The staff was very very helpful, very prompt. The hotel was totally clean and the staff very helpful and efficient. Excellent stay. I will definitely stay there again.

Well, the breakfast bufe was a little bland - i don't really like mortadella. There were several types of cheese and croissants, so i didn't starve.
