The breakfast spread was awesome! the shuttle ride to/from DXB worked great. the exercise room was clean, well equipped, nice to have & use.
Used the stairs once, was surprised and disappointed at the cigarette butts and smell. took elevator after to avoid. if guests smoke there, maybe put in a disposal, or?

There is good service back up for the clients especially in terms of wake up calls
We would have preferred sufficient tea bags and milk kept inside the room to meet the needs of the corresponding number of occupants of the room?

Shuttle bus to the (airport) nearest Metro station
Bathroom poorly furnished with hygienic stuff( also, 3 of us but just 1 shower towel ???). Our slippers stolen ? ( maybe by mistake ?)
