Their is some delay if you do the reservation through the net and if their is a discount in the eurobookings for the same hotel after your stay and at the time of the payment you got surprise with the rate as it is no discount happened.

The room view and the room allover
The reservation team is very slow and alot of questions asked even if you do the reservation though the net
