Citymax Hotel Al Barsha at the Mall

Everything is great and awoosom in this hotel defenitly ill be staying at this hotel the next time i visit dubai

Yes, poor quality food which wasn't hot. Asked 4 times for the bedroom to be cleaned -wasn't cleaned until 3PM which delayed my plans (excuses were made saying that you had a lot of check outs that day-present guests should come first-this would be then good customer service)

Neatness, cleanliness, friendly staff, buffet breakfast, excellent location and price.

Hi my name is faraz ahsan and i stayed at your hotel from 20 Jan to 25 Jan in 1201 room no....well during my stay i faced few difficulties (1) On 20th Jan when i came to the hotel around 13 30.. i was asked to wait till 1400 hours.. i can understand it was Dubai shopping fest and my check in time was 1400.. but still i got the room @ 1430... well should know that 30 mins where citymax name got spoiled... where even 1 second counts like 30 mins in customer service (2)I booked the hotel because it had swimming pool... if you would not have i wouldn't have booked if it was not DSF i would have changed (3)Well middle of night i was thirsty and had a headache i wanted some water so i called the reception.. well they said since its a budget hotel they don't provide bell boys.. i want to ask when you give alcohol in the room then why not water.. i know you have machines on every floor but what if i don't have change (coins)..well anyway, i had to come down. my room soap was finished so i called... they said i had to get empty boxes to refill... well i do that..but next day i called they bought it.. well what do i assume that previous i called up the person his mood was not good... to sent .. and other day person mood was good to sent (4)i paid internet for an hour ,... it was so slow that i took 30mins to open google.. so i wasted my money over all my experince were really bad.. i own a website cititracker.com and we give reviews and all on it... regarding citymax its really bad.. i come dubai ever 6 months but this is the first time it was soo bad i cannot imagne

Friendly staff. We arrived early and got the option to have a shower in the Gym facilities and leave the luggage to go to Old Dubai for a visit till check-in time
