The hotel is clean

The hotel was full, no staff was ready to help me what so ever. Morning or afternoon or night. In restaurant I was alone and had breakfast the restaurant was full I asked the waiter to get me please a class of water, he answered me it is buffe sir. I said ok but restraint is full and I'm alone, so I hade to go and get water, but just after less than a mint , the boy staff came and toke my plate away and just when I reached the table some new big size man was seating on the table and when I asked him I told him it's my table , he answered NOooo it's is mine , and I hade a big fight about the table.and that waiter (nepali) was happy smiling.son of......"

Location is good. Has sufficient parking underground. Filipino band in the bar were good.

The swimming pool on the rooftop was not very clean, looked murky; also some of the sun loungers were in need of repair. Also, could do with a few more sun loungers for guests but appreciate the deck is limited. The dinner buffet was a bit cold, could have been hotter. Staff could be a bit more trained, especially in the lobby restaurant.
