La proximité du lieu ou je devais me rendre le lendemain.
Cet hôtel semble vétuste, lavabo craquelé, brulures de cigarette sur le revêtement de sol, sommier laissant apparaitre la mousse, le téléviseur mal positionner, le bruit provenant du local technique, sans oublier la proximité de la ligne de chemin de fer.

Proximity to the location I was visiting.
Noise! People moving around until 02H00 in the morning. Then fireworks or gunshots at 04H00 then people starting to get up and move around again at 06H00. Apart from that a good nights sleep.
