Cleanliness, customer service
Food service was a little slow... Only saw one chef & maybe 2 servers.
Might need more, especially during the summer w/ends

The staff and facilities were very nice. The staff bent over backwards to make everyone happy. We have stayed in Hilton Garden Inns elsewhere and loved the convenience of the restaurant and facilities.

Room was terrific. I enjoyed the restaurant/bar many times. Complimentary cookies were delicious and bottled water was appreciated.
The gym is awfully warm -- a few fans would help. I take the stairwells and noticed a cigarette butt remained on the carpet for days!
