Staff was so helpful. Shuttle service to the airport so convenient.

We liked the prompt attention to our problem with a broken thermostat in our room. The duty manager had the maintenance technician review the problem and ultimately we were moved to another room, were everything worked beautifully. Randy, the maintenance technician oversaw our move. We liked the breakfast and the breakfast room staff, Michelle and Yvonne in particular. They were very friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable and even though our room was at the front of the hotel, we were never disturbed by traffic noise. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and kept our room in very clean condition. Gaston, who cleaned the dining room was also very thorough. We liked the location and its proximity to the shopping centre and thought that the price was excellent value for the services and facilities we enjoyed. We would not hesitate in returning to your hotel or recommending it to others.

Shuttle operator volunteered to wait for me to finish breakfast. (There were no others waiting at the time.)

The location is ideal for accessing the Airport, while also enabling easy use of the Lakeshore for trips east and west of Dorval Ave.

The breakfast area is very crowded with little seating space and ease of use.

The location near the airport is the best thing about this motel, especially if you get a room on the front side of the building (very noisy because of constant road and air traffic). The breakfast included in the price is quite correct. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

Very noisy rooms on the front side of the motel (constant road traffic and planes taking off/landing every 15 mn or so) + very noisy air-conditionning unit above the door. Besides, the safety latch on the room door was useless because it was almost unscrewed. Finally, the all-brown color pattern (walls, floors, beddings, doors, etc...) made the room very drab.
