The service was very good all the people was very customer oriented,
Be carefull with the food for room service, i ate the fajitas and i didn't feel good for a couple of days

The hotel was perfect for our overnight stay in Miami.Just a few minutes from the airport,close to restaurants,very clean,friendly staff ,free airport shuttle and great breakfast, which was included in our rate.

I did not like the fact that I had an emergency & had to check out two days early. Although I had prepaid for my entire stay the hotel refused to refund me the two nights I did not stay at thier facility. I felt that this facility is very uncompassionate when it comes to emergencies therefore I would not recommend this hotel to any family or friends although it was a very nice hotel. It appears that they refuse to work with their guests when it comes to emergencies.

Price, rooms were fine.
Attitude of front desk staff. I asked to cash American Express Travelers Check & was denied. AmEx is certainly a world renown company, & the checks are legitimate. I travel extensively, & hotels cash them worldwide. Restaurants were limited. No coffee outlet in the morning, & an 8 ounce cup was $3++!!!!
