The rooms and facilitis were clean, staff was really friendly and the complimentary breakfast and shuttle were on time and available.

La persona de la recepción fue muy amable.
También la persona que estaba en el 5to. piso, ya que reportamos un daño, que observamos al entrar a la habitación.

The shuttle, the pillows are amazing.
Was disappointed that there was no food (room service) at the hotel because the grill was down, was given a free cookie for the inconvenience and an apology. I don't remember his name but he offered to call restaurant and order food for me.

La ubicacion. la atencion es excelente... muy buena.... las camas son exclentes. se descansa muy bien. muy cerca del dolphin mall
El ascensor necesita mantenimiento........ es lo unico que está viejo.

Se mantienen un excelente aeo de las intslaciones, y el personal es muy amable siempre
A las habitaciones les hace falta una nevera
las toallas que se colacn en las habitaciones deben coincidir con el numero de huesped por habitacion

The hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. It's in a convenient location to shopping malls and restaurants.
The music from the club/restaurant next door went on until very late and we could hear it very easily so some sound proof curtains on that side of the hotel would be nice or ask them to turn the music down. Other than that it was great.
