The service was excellent as all the hotel front desk people were very helpful. The cleaning staff also greeted us with a smile.,

The hotel itself was great. The hot breakfast on day one was less than appetizing. There were several things not working. The waffle maker was out of order as was the orange juice dispenser.

Bed very comfortable, one of the few places I have stayed that I did not get up in the AM with stiff back etc.

I don't know if your room was next to laundry or just what, but there was occasionally a terrible "rumbling" noise......might check that out.
