The room was very clean...looked like it was recently upgraded. Though we were close to the elevator there was no noise to disrupt our sleep.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Very homey atmosphere. Everyone seemed genuinely interested in guests' satisfaction. Will definitely stay there again.
Lack of small refrigerator in rooms.

The plentiful breakfast bar was open later than usual and everything was still fresh.
I appreciated that there waa a laundry facility; but it was too busy for me to have access.

Hotel was clean and neat. There was a microwave and a small refrigerator in each room. Nice complimentary breakfast.
Driving entrance to the hotel is difficult to find.

I have no problem with the hotel - the problem I have is that I wanted to work directly to book my reservation with the hotel and the person I talked to said I was getting the best price at approx. $230 - when I got my receipt from the hotel, their price was approx. $178 - I am very unhappy at the exorbitent fee charged by your company.

Everything about it is the best, facility, personnel and overall quality of service. There is no other hotel in the area that even comes close.
