The location to our venu was good and there was a shuttle avail if we had decided to use it.
Our room was very hot and the thermostate did not function. We had to call to get a fan and at checkout I mentioned it at the front dest................ no compensation was given, just a sorry! :(

CLOSE TO WELLS FARGO.
STAIR WELLS DID NOT GO TO LOBBY FLOOR, YOU HAD TO TAKE THE ELEVATOR. 1 ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING WHEN WE ARRIVED. LONG WAITS. THE WATER IN OUR BATHTUB RAN CONSTANTLY, SURE THAT IS ADDING YOU YOUR EXPERIENCES UNNECESSARILY.
