The valet staff were great!! Very friendly, helpful, and efficient.
One thing I think should be mentioned is parking is either $26 dollars a day and valet, or $10 every time you leave the parking lot. Also there is only one floor with ice, thought that was a little inconvenient.

The downtown location was extremely convenient. I liked the convenience of the kitchen/suite.

We were given a suite that was roomy and beautiful...fireplace, kitchen, and 2 showers! we booked early for a wedding and probably just got the luck of the draw, and it was wonderful! the breakfast was full and delicious, the location is central, and we were very happy to be at the Magnolia.

I liked the convienence of the location, the room, the area for breakfast and the service, especially the friendlieness of the staff!.
I think you towels need to be improved! Not plush enough! You would be surprised the impression it makes.
