The helpfulness of the staff - we could never have made it to Vancouver without the assistance of three young women who told us where to park, which train to get on and gave us directions for every place we wanted to go, even furnishing maps and highlighting the route for us
The underground parking
The meal at the restaurant next door that the Inn gave us a coupon for
Excellent lighting at lavatory over mirror which for women is very important when putting on makeup
Comfortable bed
Complimentary breakfast
Mirror on closet door
Could use a lamp or light in the area where the desk is located since it is a little dark in that corner of the room
Could use some kind of hand rail in the shower for older people

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a two room suite for a very good price. Everyone there was very nice and helpful with our sightseeing arrangements. It is very convenient to the ferries. The breakfast was awesome! Nice to have it available every morning for free! Definitely we Will be back!!! Thank you!
