The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was extremely clean. Security seem to be very good. This is a really good value. I've paid a lot more for a lot less.
They need to do something about curb appeal. If it had not have been for online reviews I most likely would never have stopped there. That would've been a big mistake.

Updated room: tiled big shower, good mattress, newer furniture
Good location, clean
Not really. Noisy neighbors the first night, but the other two nights were fine.

Sam and the rest of the staff were very accommodating with restaurant recommendations. A last minute scheduling plan was handled professionally and w/o incindence. I LOVED the new bed! Best sleep I had on my entire trip. Even having a room adjacent to the pool was not a problem...good sound proofing! I would definitely recommend Whispering Palms. Mary, Houston, TX
