ANYTHING WE NEEDED THE STAFF WAS THERE FOR US. EVEN THOUGH THE FRONT DESK PERSON HAD ABOUT 4 OR 5 JOBS TO DO. WE SAW HER DOING LAUNDRY, UNPLUNGING TOILETS, PICKING UP TRASH OUTSIDE THE PARKING LOT PUTTING INTO A TRASH BAG. #WOW. ON OUR WAY OUT WE STOP AND COMMENDED HER ON ALL HER DUTIES.
ELEVATOR 3RD FLOOR THE CIGARETTS HOTS YOU IN THE FACE. ONE END OF THE CORRIDOR IS SMOKING AND THE END WE STAY ON IT SEEMS TO STILL CREEP TO YOU ESCPECAILLY WHEN YOU TURN THE AIR ON. HEADING BACK TO THE ELEVATOR DROM OUR ROOM IT IS ALL DOWN THE CORRIDOR. YOU CAN'T ESCAPE FROM THE STENCH OF THE NICOTINE STICKS.OKAY HERE GOES. EVEN THOUGHT WE ASK FOR NON SMOKING WHEN YOU GET OFF THE ELEVATOR. COULDN'T REALLY GET ANY SLEEP BECAUSE WE WERE NEAR I-75(THE HWY) CARS GOING ALL NIGHT LONG.

Nothing.
The non-smoking room smelled like a lot of smoke. Hallway carpets are disgustingly dirty and also smell like smoke. Continental breakfast is very limited compared to other similarly priced hotels.

Proximity to several restaurants and shopping.
The recliner was broken and the bed was a little too firm. They also wanted to send a maintenance worker in for general maintenance while we were in the room and asked my wife if she could go sit in the lobby while they did the work.
