Friendly staff, all the ammienities you would need, very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere would stay agin.

The room was very clean and well maintained.
This was a prepaid booking and when I checked in the staff didn't know how to handle it and for a moment there was a duplicate charge issue. The manager was able to correct the situation and the duplicate charges disappeared on my card by the end of the week. The total booking arrangement could have been handled better. I travel for a living, weekly, and never have these challenges on business related travel.

Convenient Location to nearby attractions.
Did not like the attitude of some of the desk clerks. They made you feel like they were doing you a favor just to answer you questions. Not very hospitable.

I like the help and the rooms.
I preffer the buffet you use to have over the bistro. I did not like the high prices of the snack area.
