I thought the room was very nice. User friendly. Everything in the hotel was neat and the staff very friendly. Keep up the great work!

I had no issues. Enjoyed the APhA Pharmacy conference very much. Well set up for us. I'd go again!

The front desk clerks were friendly, helpful and courteous.

I did not like the fact that I had to pay extra to go to the water park because I was told that all the packages were sold out. However, upon arriving at the water park, half of the tables were empty and the park was not the least bit crowded. I ended up spending a fortune because I could not get a package. I think that if you are staying at the hotel you should be given first dibs on the park!

The price came down considerably and it was affordable since we were not using the water fun area, I also loved that the beds had sheets on top and not a bedspread that had been used before.

On the positive side, the staff was excellent. Natalie in room service was just wonderful - knowledgeable, patient and so very nice. The staff in the Arcade was amazing. Kissaurys, Jackie, Mike and Rosemary (who was cleaning) were fantastic with the children. They really put their hearts into making sure all had a great time. All were smiling outgoing and very helpful. Jackie was extremely patient while letting the kids pick out items for thei 9,000 tickets (all the while multitasking with other customers and answering phones, etc). Kissaurys and Mike and Rosemary made the children feel so special (Jackie, too). They deserve a raise and commendations. We all appreciated their attention and friendliness. The water park staff was focused on the children in the water areas, which must be hard to do, but they did an excellent job.

Stayed at the Hotel 7/27 to 7/29. My husband and I brought my son and grandsons for a weekend of fun at the arcade and waterpark. We had 2 rooms adjioning. The rooms need serious remodling and the linens need to be tossed. There were burn holes in the pillow cases! The TV stations were very limited and Discovery channel required a suscription???? The movies very expensive. To be honest, everything was way overpriced.

The park itself was fun, enough for my son and I to do to keep us going through out the day.

I did not like the fact that i was put in a room next to dogs without being asked. I am allergic to animals. The dog did not stop barking at all and when i called to say something all they told me was deal with it. It is our policy. I was put on the second floor and to get there you had to go by stairs, no elevator service for the second floor at all. I had to drag my son and a huge bag up the stairs and not a single staff member offered to help. The staff is horrible. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. It seems like children are running the place. Every time i called the front desk no one would answer. I had to keep trying for a while to get someone. I would also like it if they put more available sitting in the place. We seems to be wondering around looking for a place to put our belongings. I thought this was going to be a good experience but Lord did i waste my time.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We had the breakfast buffet and the food was delicious! I understand Sheraton has recently purchased and renovated this hotel, and it is definitely a wonderful hotel! We will definitely go again when we visit granddaughter at Endicott College.
