Room was very clean
My room mate needed help with getting her luggage downstairs and no one was accommodating. I had to make several trips to help her.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Place for one night. I requested early check in and I was put on a list. It was not long before I had a room. The staff was pleasant through the chaos of other guest checking out. My room was very nice and clean. I was pleasantly surprised with the Hyatt Place and I look forward to returning.
