Location to the beaches and shopping
Very dated. In need of a major renovation. New paint cannot make up for the major repairs that are desparately needed.

The kitchen area was wonderful, also the master bedroom had a spa, which was amazing
It could have been a little cleaner, but I realize it is near the ocean.

Room amenities are available, except my sister who is occupying same place has complete utensils. Also complained in the front office one of the stove burner not working and staff stated she'll have someone to check it but no one showed up.
Yes they are very strict with check in and check out time.
