We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times when we’ve been to San Fran. It’s one of the best! Staff is incredible, breakfast is fabulous and the coffee is the best! We’ve stayed at other hotels in San Fran and none of them compare to this one. We highly recommend it.

Very nice, clean and comfortable and I like having the breakfast. A bit overpriced at the time I stayed, but it seems to be the going rate for hotels in that area.
I have stayed there several times and the stay has been good, but my last stay they were replacing the carpet and the constant noise was very annoying and prevented me from sleeping as I got in late and was hoping to catch a little extra sleep!

Friendly, efficient staff.
Your.breakfast food quality war only "OK." Breakfast sausage was poor quality, cardboard like tecture. Coffee good, juice and fruit good. The hot entrées generally need quality improvement.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful/ we had to park in the street and had an uphill ticket, when I went to the reception desk, without hesitation, the clerk told us not to worry that they would take care of that for us. the other thing we enjoyed was the breakfast.
