Staff is very nice for the most part. The gift store had a couple of ladies who were not very kind. Also, the lady who served us in the bar area was extremely rude.
They only had 2 options for our double bed room: 4th floor near the elevator(noisy) or 11th floor, right under the construction floors...(noisy). We could not rest! The toilet was disfunctional. They fixed it during our stay. The air conditioning was horrible: obviously very old and disfunctional. The carpet was stained and dirty. The pool is like a big dirty bath tub.
