Quiet, comfortable room, the breakfast, and the shuttle back to the airport.

The construction in the lobby. However, I felt it was dealt with in a manner that minimized the inconvenience to the guest. And I know that you can't make improvements without getting a little messy first.

Staff was helpful and friendly....also, tavern open till 11pm ...convenient for guests who were busy and were not be able to have earlier dinner....missed breakfast every am for 3 days. I am not an early riser...

Was not informed re hotel's renovation....little disappointed having to look at all the construction sites. ...

The check in clerk did not tell us about the covered parking. Our room was next to the washing machine and dryer and could hear it running in our room.

The bed was comfortable and it was easy to adjust the heat.

YES! The tub/shower was too tall to climb into and out of. My wife and I felt it was very dangerous. She finally climbed into the shower, and could not get out. The deep slant on the tubs back made it impossible to climb to the tiled seat, and she ended up having to sit on the shower door runner and lower herself slowly to the floor. She is 5'7 and we cannot imagine how anyone shorter could use the bath or shower. That really needs to be addressed. My father who came with us for a doctor's appt and is elderly could not clean up because he feared he would fall. Also didn't appreciate the waiter (or manager or whoever hr was at the Manager's evening party) hawking us by bringing menus by several times.It was as if we were expected to eat dinner there because we came for drinks and snacks.
