Main reason for choosing Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort: Reputation
All the staff except the front desk clerks were great. Front desk not so much. The three different people we enter acted with boarders on rude. Much different than my last two visits
First hotel one did not book the toom i booked. I booked a corner room but the hotel did not show that. The smell of smoke is getting kinda bad in the no smoking zones. Was disappointed in this. As stated above front desk clerks were not welcoming and friendly at all.
