They had a restaurant there once. It would be nice to see another one. Not much to eat around there

Bus and Trolley were easily accessible and close to the hotel.
There are no restaurants at the hotel per say. You have to leave the hotel to eat a decent lunch or dinner and if you are there for R&R it is a turn off.

We had no heat in rooms .I called service person came up told us what to do with thermos .after e hours I called service again front desk gave us a heater to use for rest of stay

We only stayed overnight which ended up being about 9 hours. It was very nice and clean. The price was a good value considering how nice this place is.

Manager's reception and breakfast buffets are nice amenities. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
Disadvantage is limited parking so there's also that expense.

Close to Newport Aquarium and the Childrens Museum
We were not informed when booking that there would be 300 kids staying there. We couldnt enjoy the pool because of over vrowding. The "chaperones" paid no attention to the children, they were literally running up amd down.the halls from 5:15 in the morning until 2 in the morning.. The outlet that the coffee maker plugged into wasnt working.. We were told we couldnt use a luggage cart because they were really busy amd saved them for valet customers. Me and my friends spent almost $1000 at your hotel and it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.
