La situation de l'h^^otel et la réception par le personnel.
Chambre dans lesquelles "on étouffe" (pas de posibilité d'ouvrir les fenetres). Malgré ma réservation, je n'ai une chambre affectée qu'à mon arrivée (22h00) et n'ai donc eu qu'une chambre qui "restait" soit une chambre fumeur, ce que je ne souhaite pas.

Centrality for metro and shops, staff very helpful, polite.
Entrance hall and restaurant being renovated no buffet breakfast available only paper bag with a few items. Hotel could have offered some gesture for inconvenience.
