My fiancé and I had to book a room last minut so we came across this hotel and didn't expect such a great room and price . We were greeting by a nice young gentlemen who took great care of us. We accidentally booked the wrong date but no questions asked we were accommodated and felt a warm welcome. Location is amazing to the fact that the beaches are soo close. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying here again.

I was not pleased with the size of the "king" bed. I had gone into another room 721 to be exact, where a friend was staying, and I noted how much larger her bed was than 709.
The King size bed looked right in 721 however, the 709 bed was a Queen. I was not happy paying for a King when it was clearly a Queen size.

Very clean and organized.
The surprise costs not listed. 23.00 a night for parking, 13.00 a day for internet, 6.00 bottles of water in the room. Television not working properly, called desk stated would send maintenance that never showed. Wanted son to relax before a big tournament fight, no movies available, no television guide either written or on the television, only a listing of channels available.
There are hotels with free internet, better television, breakfast available free, free parking and every bit as comfortable. I can survive without the multiple restaurants and Starbucks on site in the future.

Clean, comfortable and relaxing "vacation" from work and home. Loved the pool and used the workout room. Second night there was a constant mechanical pounding/grinding heard in my room. Hotel staff was quick to offer me a new room far from the malfunctioning hotel "whatever" and delivered the new room key card within minutes. Nice

It was priced right and close to my conference.
The room was not clean; the bathtub had gritty dirt; it had not been cleaned. The base board was falling off.
The staff was not customer friendly, curt and business like only.
My reservation stated breakfast was included; the staff made it clear that it was not included with the following comment, "You booked for a low, low rate and that does not include breakfast."
