The location was perfect for our needs. When I asked for more washcloths and towels, they were brought to us right away.
The room was very cold when we check in. The heat was turned down very low. There was no hot water in the sink. We had registered as 3 adults, yet there were only 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels.
