When booking I neglected to indicate that I cannot do stairs and I was booked into a second floor room and they there would be no elevators. The moment I brought it the the front desk they immediately accommodated my request for a room on the first floor. Customer service was above my expectations.
Hotel was clean and the young ones enjoyed being squirrely in your pool after a long days drive stuck in a vehicle. Beds where clean and comfty. Breakfast was a treat that that we all enjoyed.

It was a great stay. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Continental breakfast was sufficient. Clean and plentiful

Sink did not drain well in bathroom, breakfast could be improved on, cleaning staff forgot to lock my door after cleaning room. Pillows need improving .

Friendly staff, good breakfast free parking.
We were there in December and the parking lot was slippery, especially coming out on the north side side door near handicap parking spot. Both my husband and myself almost fell. It needs to be salted and cleaned better. Could be dangerous, especially for someone who is using the handicap parking spot.
