Main reason for choosing Hyatt Regency Coral Gables: 地点
Everything was great!
On my first day I had trouble because the hotel was full! So they sent me to another hotel, very near by, but that was a lot of hassle for me since I had to change hotels again the morning after and as they told me you had already charged me in my credit card and it would take too long for a refund and for the first night the hotel actually payed for the other room in the courtyard so actually you should return the fair for one night. I would like to know if this is possible!

La amabilidad de todo el personal, de todos, la ubicacion, la belleza del lugar, la seguridad, el respeto. Me he alojado en hoteles mucho mas caros por el mundo y esta es mi mejor experiencia.
