Pool was too cold to go into and the hot tub needed to be cleaned.

Plumbing: toilet flush chain broke. Tub drained much too slowly.

The entire staff was courteous and knowledgable. Jesse at the front desk went miles ahead. He was very accommodating to my increased day. Then when my plans fell through, Jesse effortlessly corrected the billing. I am completely impressed with Best Western. I stayed in another Best Western in Eagan, MN. once again, everyone was friendly, outgoing and knowledgable. Sincerely, Nancy Kelm.
