Comfortable, nice breakfast.
Our handicapped room was not very accommodating for my husband who has had a stroke. There was no roll in shower or no stool in the bathtub so he was unable to shower. He cannot get into a bathtub unless it is to sit on a stool.

Its location was perfect for our needs.
We arrived Thursday August 1, 2013 and we stayed to Sunday morning August 4, 2013. When we arrived the pool was being filled and was half full at that time, by that evening the pool was full but naturally cold. During our stay we used the pool every day and the water remained cold, there must be a heat problem on it as the hot tub was great.

Comfortable bed and ac unit worked well. Nice to have a microwave and mini-fridge.
Two spots on the bed spread, light bulb was out in light by the bed and the drain plug in the bath was laying on the edge of the tub. TV remote did not work at first, until I called the front desk and they told me how to fix it and I also had to go to the front desk for a light bulb for the light.

Location
Checking in the staff was outside smoking waited to finish before coming in to check me in. Hotel bath tub was dirty and looked like it needed a good scrubbing.

Was a great location for us at this visit.
I didn't like the 'appearance' of the front desk when we first arrived. Sometimes that's how you judge the hotel at first glance. Had we not already had reservations at your hotel, we may not have stayed there based on that alone. Also, all of the staff we met while staying there were great, except for when we checked in. I didn't get her name but she was not polite or inviting at all. In fact I would have to say she was very rude.
