Quiet desk staff very friendly
We had used soap left in the shower and no towels the third night - guess the cleaning person forgot. just annoying to have to go to the desk for towels when we returned fro the evening. stayed at this hotel in the past and the breakfast not as good but adequate.

Glad for a 1st floor room because of my ability to walk.
In the morning, even though we had smoke free room, the hallway reeked of smoke. Bothersome even walking to the front door. I noticed all the rooms around ours we're smoke free as well.

The wirlpool was nice but did not like to walk right thru lobby to get there
The suite was not nice to look at very small and didnt like the decor at all, we expected some space but they just spit up rooms so they were tiny and the electicity kept going off and on--for the money wasnt happy
