-It was convenient to the Convention Center and the Arena (Final Four)
-The walkways to the Convention Center were great.
-Breakfast was amazing, the male host and the gentleman who made the omelets were role models for customer service
- Your desk personnel were very helpful and professional
- The maids were very professional and friendly
- You guys set the standard for a great hotel

Main reason for choosing Sonesta Columbus Downtown: Location
The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked (at other places we have had to ask for towels). We have stayed here before and liked it well enough to start at Crowne Plaza when we wanted to stay overnight again. We came specifically to see Blue Jackets hockey, and the hotel is a comfortable walking distance to the arena.
There was no laundry bag in the closet.

The location is perfect for any Arena Distict event or any Short North trips you may have.
Staff was very distant and cold, Club Level is overpriced and most perks are not available on Saturday or Sunday but bill remains the same.

First weekend stay: TV had not been programmed correctly for all channels. For me, that meant no BigTen Network.
Second weekend stay: The washcloth bar in bathtub was missing, giving impression that hotel needed to be updated or at least reviewed.
Staff very helpful as I left regarding hurricane Sandy and airline cancellations.
