Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities were top notch. Enjoyed the FRESH coffee 24 hours per day in the lobby and the free airport shuttle; also 24 hours.

The Staff was great - helpful and responsive. The food in the restaurant was very good!
The air conditioner broke at 4:00AM necessitating a room change. The fitted sheet kept popping off.

Very nice, quiet. Meal great. Breakfast good, lots to eat if hungry.
Bathroom cold, had to leave door open for heat. TV remote had to be fixed, reprogramed three times. Front desk area floor remodle hard to get around, but will be great when done. Service to airport very good

My husband and I stayed at this same hotel in sept. 2011 and were able to park our vehicle there for 7 days at no charge. This time I was charged $5.00 per day. Not a big deal but the free parking was a nice attraction.

Hotel location to the airport was so close and excellent. While I read some negative reviews before reserving this hotel, I did not agree with the most of negative comments, after my recent stay. The employees were friendly, good accommodation and food was fine. The location was the best feature. Only issue was internet connection was very slow. But overall, this hotel did a great job. I would recommend it to all of my business collegues. Thanks.
