Location, valet parking, dining available, room service prompt
Couch and chairs in room not terribly comfortable, however aware couch was hide-a-bed and those are not usually as comfortable as a traditional couch

Nice helpful staff, clean rooms, only 2.7 miles from Ohio Stadium, really nice breakfast buffet, and nice pool area with hot tub. It must be a newer hotel or recently remodeled, everything seems nice and new. Also very near a lot of restaurants on High Street.

Rooms were beautiful and beds were super comfortable
The valet service when we checked out. Had to wait for over 20 minutes to get our car. Would have asked for a refund but didn't want to stand in another line
