We were there for just 1 night. New hotel (always nice) very clean, very nice desk person. The room was small, which doesn't matter at all, but it had a microwave, refrigerator, beautiful shower, great bed, couldn't need anything else.

I wanted to put in a good word for Reynaldo, the housekeeping manager. When i got back to my home in Michigan, I realized that I must have left my shoes in the hotel room. I called the hotel and spoke with Reynaldo about the missing shoes. Within 30 minutes he called me back to say he had located my shoes and would hold them for me until I am in Ohio again. I was impressed with his professionalism and courtesy.

I love the restaurant and the servers are so nice and helpful. Food is great too. Love the Happy Hour specials.
Rooms could use some updating.

We liked the proximity to the terminal at the airport.
It disappointed us greatly to find out that the hotel would be closed upon our return and we needed to find our own way back to our car that we left in the parking lot of the hotel. We were not told this until we checked it. How can we recommend this hotel when it is closed permanently?

Not much!.
The shuttle pick up at Airport has been discontinued. Too many kids running around in the common areas. King size bed was requested, but was not offered.

I was there for less than 12 hours, just long enough to get a good nights sleep prior to flying out at 7:25 in the morning. The room albeit somewhat small was comfortable and the bed and pillows were fine.
The service in the lounge was rather slow even though there were only 4 or 5 people. The service staff seemed to have friends that stopped in for a drink or two. Prices were fair, however as were the proportions. It was a friday before a home Buckeyes game so things seemed to be pretty quiet.
