Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Because we booke 3 rooms so early, we did not appreciate being in a handicapped room. They should be reserved for handicapped people.

Glad to see all the remodelling we were there over a year ago and the swimming pool was a disaster and rooms a and halls were showing long use with moderate attention. Now the rooms and halls are perfect and we can't wait to see the remodelled pool. But, the breakfasts have always been very good.

The shower's waterpressure was awesome
Yes! There was an extremely rude night manager, that acted like he hated his life. He had no interest in helping anybody from the moment he got into work. He was very disrespectful to my group of business people that were in COlumbia to attend a conference.

The air conditioner was broken; hence, we burned up all night. The sink leaked. I placed a sweater on the shelf under the sink, and it was soaked in the morning from the leaky sink. The breakfast buffet was not good. The eggs were some sort of pressed something. Not really sure what we were eating.
