Everything was clean, bed was comfortable. I think the carpet had been recently replaced--it looked relatively new.
I just booked for a place to sleep for one night, so I did not have much interaction with the staff, but they were competent and seemed friendly. Breakfast was ready at 6 a.m. as promised: waffles, muffins, cereal, milk, coffee, tea, fruit juice.
