There is a fabulous restaurant next to this hotel that looks like it should be a part of this hotel. You may want to consider dealing with them for a coupon discount. It is a memomoriable experience with historical airplane wonders.
Billing was through online and appeared direct to Radison but it was pre-paid and your staff simply shrugged and said, your seminar rerouted the booking and we can do nothing about it.
