A simply stunning hotel with great facilities and welcoming staff. The woman who checked us in and out was just so helpful and lovely and the room was excellent. The best hotel we stayed in during our trip

Xbeautiful hotel that is always attractive and is an extremely nice place to arrive at after a hard day's work. The room was nice but looked on to the internal square where there was a large air conditioning machine that really was noisy and did not help when trying to get to sleep. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable and attractive.

The quality of the breakfast was not up to the standard that one would expect from this quality of hotel.

The staff in the lobby were very helpful.

We were first given a hotel on the first floor, on the courtyard. It would have been difficult to stay in this closed-in space for three days--quite depressing. We were grateful that the staff gave us a lovely alternative outside room on the fifth floor. Upon our return home, we found out that relatives in Cologne we had hoped to see were told by the hotel operator that they had no one registered in either my name, or my husbands. They called several times over three days, and we never did connect with them, as we didn't know they were trying to reach us. This seems unacceptable in a 5 Star hotel.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

Superb staff, high quality accommodation.

Excellent service with multiple daily visits by staff, which cleaned up and made arrangements for the evening. Fine, it was that the entire mini-bar's content was free (there was more beer, coca cola, water, orange juice, apple juice, etc. - spirits were yet)

My great room was a bit remote (655 rooms) - I could go quite far on the fifth floor and then go up an extra flight of stairs. Cumbersome.

The friendly reception with Image View our briefing room through the front desk was very remarkable, and I have some experience with worldwide hotel stays. The staff is very helpful and sincere friendliness radiates aus.Ihre food I can not judge because we had foreign obligations.

Not really, unless you know the disadvantages of the situation also with regards to the arrival and departure. This is possible but is qualified by the porter and his staff
