Staff were very professional and friendly. I liked that we were able to bring our dog. It was nice to have breakfast as well.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a good choice.
The Inn was easy to find from the highway and had good parking facilities. It was very easy to find our way downtown and back.
If there was a coloured strip on the top step from the second floor, it would helpful and safer for people with failing eyesight.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Idon't sleep well and they did what they could, within booking needs, to keep vacant rooms each side of me.
Breakfast could use a little variety, might just be the days I show up, but sausage and egg on a bun is not so exciting. But I'll survive

The beds are soooo comfortable. Actually, we would love to know where you purchase your sheets and comforters from. Would love to get them for our home. Rooms were very nice and nice to have a fridge, coffee machine and microwave in the room.

There lots of staining spots on carpet especially in hallway。

We were disappointed with the breakfast. Having been to other Comfort Inn's before we thought we knew what to expect but there was no hot food except coffee & waffles. No sausages or eggs. We will not be staying here again when visiting the area.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; proximity to the highway - without the NOISE of it; the closeness to downtown; the smells in the hallways and stair wells: fresh and almost flowery or fruity!
We would have liked there to have been a pool.
