Friendly staff, convenient to places we needed to go, ample parking. Room was large and adequate. Price was reasonable.

Arriving at the hotel and our stay there was like a comedy of errors. When we arrived they could not find my reservation and after 10 minutes of searchhing they finally found it, apparently my name was spelled wrong. While waiting for the reservation to be confirmed we learned that there had been a problem with no hot water. one of the elevators was out of service and remained that way for the two nights we were there. upon arriving at the room, the closet door got stuck and wouldn't open or close plus we had no hot water. We called the desk and they sent maintenance up right away. A very nice gentleman took care of the problems immediately. The first evening we were just ready to go to bed at 10:30 and taken our meds when we get a knock on the door. It was a security personnel informing us that we had to evacuate the hotel due to a carbon monoxide alarm. We finally got back into the room about an hour or so later. The following day we were out and about and came back to the hotel to get ready to go into the city for dinner and the theater. The fire alarm went off and again we had to evacuate the hotel ! By this time we are finding this to be rather amusing that all of this could happen in just two nights at this hotel. ( Only because the evacuations were resolved without problems. ). I realize that safety of customers is priority. I spoke with the shift manager and they are refunding one night stay due to the inconvenience. Would I stay at this hotel again ? Yes, as I am sure this scenario would most likely not happen again.

Comformtable beds, easy access from pkg lot, quiet, good heat/ac, breakfast included

Better if breakfast bar open a little later

I like the hassel-free check in and the cleanliness of the room. Also the comfy bed with lots of pillows. ;-)

I was on the first floor because I had my little dog with me, and the noise from the pool was awful until quite late in the evening. Otherwise, it was a good stay. Good breakfast too. Carol Drape

1) Noisey location...near the highway. 2) Could not add meal from attached restaurant onto hotel bill.

Die Angestellten waren immer höflich und hilfsbereit.

Türschloss war kaputt und ich konnte nicht in den Raum zu erhalten beim Check-in. Die Sperre wurde ersetzt, aber das dauerte ein paar Stunden. Keine große Sache, aber eine Unannehmlichkeit.

Als ich in mein Zimmer kam, war es so sauber und frisch. Viele Male Zimmer kann ein bisschen bingy riechend. das Bad war sehr sauber, und insgesamt war das Zimmer toll. Würde es bleiben viele weitere Male.

Wenn ich an etwas denke, ich werde euch wissen lassen.
