Staff is very professional. Service was great. Great location is why I continue to stay there.
Pillows was very flat. Bed was very comfortable. But pillows kinda ruined that.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would defiantly stay there again.
The traffic pattern in the lobby is aweful. As you wait in line to check in you are standing in front of the elevators everyone uses to get to the parking garage, with all their luggage.

Staff was very helpful and friendly at every stage
Small things - the coffee maker in my room did not work and obviously had not worked for a while as it was full of water. The room was very cold and it did not seem as I could get any heat to come out of the room unit. The lighting was a little odd - there was a tall lamp in the back corner, but no lamp at all near the desk. I would stay there again, but it looks like some of these things need to be "spruced up"

Helpful staff, close to amenities and stadium. Clean, and decent value.
Flagpole outside our window. Hard to sleep with the loud snapping in the wind. Suggest (strongly) moving the pole to farther away from windows. Middle of the parking lot would be better for sound, and then flags could be seen from all rooms.
