The out of the way location is relaxing
The facility appears geared for French patrons even though only 30mins from the channel. The room was rough but acceptable. The evening meal was cold.

Very clean room and a comfortable bed (we were in a superior room). Quiet location, handy for the ferry.
Kettle in our room, but no tea or coffee. Our boys had a twin standard room and they didn't get a kettle.

Friendly staff and a peaceful location rooms are clean and tidy and the food is great. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and will be booking again for next year and any extra visits we can get in between then.

Lovely little Hotel, very nice hosts. Everything very nice and very comfortable if you are planning to travel to or from Britain. Very very good dinner and breakfast. Great place!

This is a dreamy, relaxed former water mill with all the country charm that goes with such an old building. If you look for the mod cons of a Hilton, stay away! The rush of the mill run enters your bedroom...wonderful country walks in all directions. Breakfast was great, too, with home-grown apricots and plums on offer. The place is dog-friendly.
Difficult to find. Get a proper map, not just a Google-download.

We were offered a very welcome as soon as we arrived, we were shown to our rooms and left to sort ourselves and asked if we would like to dine in that night. We stayed for two nights and found nothing to criticism except the weather which could have been brighter! Everyone was so helpful and very patient with our two very voluble small children. A wonderful break. Thanks very much.

We have stayed at the Auberge Du Moulin on several occasions. We obviously like it and it is handy for one night stops when crossing the English Channel going either way.
