Excellent quality / price ratio, facility clean, very well kept. Very friendly staff, attentive, responsive, providing excellent advice. Spacious and well lit, comfortable bedding, bathroom nice and functional. Buffet breakfast quality, well stocked and varied.
Location for pedestrians, too far from the train station and downtown. Available space for breakfast too narrow at rush hour, making it difficult to access the buffet. Noise exposure for some first-floor rooms whose windows overlook the parking lot. Breakfast terrace adjacent to the parking lot without separation, therefore, less quiet than desired.

Breakfast at 12 euros undeserving really not, already squeezed juice, not fresh mini pastries, bread cut the day before (?) And no toaster. Disappointed.
